Shipping Policy:
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. However, during really bad weather/natural disaster, peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package.
The Kingdom Kulture cannot be held accountable for packages delayed to reasons beyond our control. Should you experience any delays on your shipment once shipped, please contact the courier service that has provided the tracking for your item.
We “DO NOT” currently offer international shipping, we will be sure to inform our customers when there’s a change.
Return Policy:
We “DO NOT” offer refunds currently, as all items are special orders.
However, because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tag), to be eligible.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will process a return.
Items, such as customized items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at kingdomkulture63@gmail.com , with name, pictures and proof of purchase/order number, within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt and next steps.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Lost/Stolen Packages
The kingdom Kulture is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once an order has been shipped. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package cannot be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages.
Cancellations:
Due to every item being made to order, we “DO NOT” currently offer cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is final.
